They say you never forget your first. Your first Republican, that is. For Elon Musk, that is Mayra Flores, the Trump-endorsed candidate who flipped the Congressional seat in Texas’ 34th District from blue to red with a vote from the world's richest man (as well as from thousands of other Texans).

They say you never forget your first. Your first Republican, that is. For Elon Musk, that is Mayra Flores, the Trump-endorsed candidate who flipped the Congressional seat in Texas’ 34th District from blue to red with a vote from the world’s richest man (as well as from thousands of other Texans).

Musk has been increasingly on Cockburn’s radar, especially since he vowed to make Twitter “fun.” And because his comments cause such a stir among the left-wing. Who could forget the scandal that erupted immediately after Musk proclaimed himself a Republican? Politico magazine just labeled him “the villain liberals always imagined him to be.”

Musk is advocating for a massive red wave in 2022, something that, under the Biden administration, appears to be more likely with each passing policy. When asked whom he was leaning toward in 2024, Musk replied, “DeSantis.”

Cockburn thinks Elon Musk’s right turn is a good sign for our country. Now, if only the world’s richest man would do something about our country’s spiraling inflation…

Then again, Cockburn thinks voting Republican is a good start.
