The Spectator and The American Spectator are pleased to announce the settlement of the recent lawsuit between the parties. The Spectator has recently decided to launch new publications with a focus on US politics and affairs. In order to address The American Spectator’s concerns about potential confusion and resolve the recent dispute between the publications, The Spectator is changing the name of its US-focused publications to The Spectator World. Editions of The Spectator that are not primarily focused on US politics and affairs will continue to be available to readers in the US under their customary name and masthead used elsewhere in the world.
